Position: Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Name:Need a lead supervisor for the following properties Westwood Plaza,Pecan Manor,Sapnish Spur,Winston,And Roselawn Apartments

Date:ASAP

Reports to: Property Manager

Coordinates with: Maintenance Supervisor, Asst. Manager, Leasing Consultant, Groundskeeper

Position Objective: Increase the net operating income of the property by maintaining exterior and interior of property to Bellaire standards at or below the approved budget levels. Contribute to resident retention by making repairs promptly and efficiently.

Specific Responsibilities:

Complete work orders in occupied apartments as required

Leave apartment clean and neat

Leave notice of entry for resident with explanation of work completed or in progress

Follow up on work in progress to completion

Complete make-ready work orders

Follow key control procedure as required

Notify Lead Maintenance Technician of supply inventory needs

Maintain a safe, drug and alcohol free workplace

Properly secure and care for property equipment and supplies
