Cashiers - Wingit Cibolo

WingIT is locally owned and offers rotating shifts, a positive team culture, and an employee recognition program which make this organization a great place to work. Digital onboarding allows for a next-day start in most cases. Multiple locations with various positions available. Wages range from $11 - $17 an hour plus tips for cashiers, line cooks, shift leaders, and assistant managers. Management salaries range from $40,000 to $45,000.

Hourly wage plus tips. WingIT Cashiers are responsible for maintaining positive impressions and delivering excellent customer service. They possess a warm and friendly personality that will make customers feel at home and want to come back again. The Cashier is a team player, consistently aware of what is going on behind the counter and in the kitchen, and ready to help get the job done.The duties of the Cashier include, but are not limited to the following:· Accurately and efficiently take customer orders· Accept payments· Calculate and return change when required· Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change· Answer customer questions about products· Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts· Report issues with equipment· Consistently follow cleaning and sanitation standards· Consistently follow procedures and policies· Other duties as assignedSkills and Qualifications:· Ability to calculate sales and change quickly· Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts· Oriented toward serving others and helping customers· Excellent customer service skills· Ability to stand for long periods of time· Excellent verbal communication· Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment· Attention to detail· Knowledge of or willingness to learn point-of-sale systemsEducation and Training Requirements:· Possess good mathematical skills· Possess excellent customer service skills· High school diploma or GED, if applicable· Current Food Handler Certificate· Current TABC Certificate
