Strive Global is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager to join our San Antonio team.In this role, you will help develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners while identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and support continued growth.The ideal candidate is confident, organized, personable, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys relationship building, problem-solving, professional communication, and working as part of an ambitious team.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.Serve as a professional point of contact throughout the client relationship.Understand client needs, priorities, and business objectives.Identify opportunities to strengthen existing commercial relationships.Communicate company services and solutions clearly and professionally.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a consistent client experience.Follow up with clients and maintain accurate relationship and account information.Assist with client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.Address questions and concerns while working toward practical solutions.Support business development and client retention initiatives.Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.Contribute to team goals and the continued growth of Strive Global.
