Skillbridge Academy is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and connect our programs with the right audiences.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy, working across multiple projects, and identifying new ways to improve brand visibility and engagement.The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, prepare marketing materials, evaluate performance, and ensure consistent communication across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.Create and coordinate marketing materials that align with company branding and objectives.Support market research to identify audience needs, industry trends, and potential opportunities.Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing materials and communications.Collaborate with internal departments on campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives.Track campaign performance and help prepare reports on marketing results.Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.Assist with the coordination of promotional events and outreach activities.Manage multiple marketing projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns, partnerships, and marketing strategies.
