Laboratory Manager

Urgent hiring for "Lab Manager" in San Antonio, TX !Must be located closer to San Antonio, TexasJob Description:

Overseeing and managing laboratory day to day operations

Overseeing 7 direct reports

Managing employees schedules, timesheet approval,

Interact/coordinate with customers directly and other management personnel

Equipment oversight and validations

Qualification :

5+ Years of laboratory experience Including (cell biology/cellular therapy experience) is Mandatory

3+ yeas of leadership experience (not just supervising, but working with management on business level decisions) is Mandatory

Bachelors OR Masters in Science is preferred

MT, MLS, CLS certification preferred
