Personal Assistant to Business Owners

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Compensation: starts at $25 / hour

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours / week), W-2 employee or 1099 contractor

Requirements: non-smoker, a clean driving record, CPR/first aid certified, pass background check

Description: I am an entrepreneur and business owner living in the Stone Oak neighborhood of San Antonio, Texas, looking for a 15-20 hour / week personal assistant to facilitate household management, errands, child drop off and pick up, and optional childcare.

An ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy, detail oriented, highly organized and takes initiative to help with all household and personal tasks including the following:

- Kids: Drop off and pick up our 16-month-old from childcare three days a week using our car (5-6 hours per week), coordinate activities/events

- (optional) 4-5 hours of daytime or evening childcare each week

- Laundry: Wash, fold, and put away clothes

- Errands: Store returns, car care, and grocery shopping

- Kitchen management: load and unload dishwasher, wash and chop ingredients for meal plan, wipe off surfaces and floors, blending baby food

- Household organization: take out garbage and diaper bags, water plants, straighten, order household supplies, and generally keep things clean and organized

Availability must include: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 - 9:30 am and 4 - 5 pm for childcare drop off and pick up
