Contract Billing Specialist

Description Our client, premier provider of business technology integration, is searching for an Contract Billing Specialists for an immediate start.Purpose This position is responsible for ensuring proper billing of service revenue. Responsibilities This position involves regular communication with external and internal customers to ensure proper billing of service revenue. Individuals must offer strong communication and problem-solving skills as these are essential to the daily tasks of this position. Specific duties will include, but are not limited to:  Contract Setup-which includes E-Automate setup and verification of contract setup with Finance Partners.  Resolve and correct billing and contract issues from external and internal customers.  Final Billings.  Monitor Finance Partners Lease Terminations.  Spreadsheet Billings.  Shared Renewals.  Monitor and correct Upload Error Reports with Finance Partners. Supervision This position is Supervised. Contacts Internal: Exempt, Non-Exempt External: Current Customers, Vendors Job Related Dimensions  Strong attention to detail.  Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.  Strong problem-solving skills.  Ability to multitask.  Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook).  Proficiency in E-Automate.
