The Engineer B will also maintain the building and any equipment. Qualifications:

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Preferred candidates will have at least two years of general maintenance experience, and at least one year of hotel experience.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.

Must be able to push, pull, and lift moderate amount of weight.

Good verbal communication skills.
