Job Title: ESI Benefit Educator

Duration: 8+ Months

Shift: This position is on an as-needed basis. (No guarantee of hours - on an as-needed basis)

Pay Range - Starts from $25/hr

Note:- Candidates must be sourced from the below locations or within 120 miles radius of the location and be willing to travel within that radius. This position requires driving responsibility.

Must live local to the geographic area - Will need to be willing to travel within the geographic market to cover events, possibly overnight.

Location: El Dorado, TX

Responsibilities:

Benefit Educator will work as a trusted and knowledgeable representative of Client at a client’s location for their benefit fair.

As such, the benefit educator will be responsible for understanding member plans and answering questions according to the training received. The benefit educator will also be responsible for confidently and professionally servicing the members, client and other key relationships of client during the event.

Individual must attend an annual training provided by Client to learn more about the industry, the organization and the role the individual will play when attending the benefit fair

Individual must also attend comprehensive trainings with the account team initially, ongoing as needed.

Skills/Requirements:

PBM/Healthcare Experience a plus

Previous Benefit Fair experience preferred.

Professional attire and demeanor is required.

Proactively greet and assist attendees as they visit the booth, distributing flyers and other promotional information

Must have reliable transportation.

Must live local to the geographic area - Will need to be willing to travel within the geographic market to cover events, possibly overnight.

Willing to work on an “as-needed” basis (including occasional last-minute requests).

Strong communication skills to professionally and knowledgably interact with people regarding their pharmacy benefit.

Individual should be able to confidently speak in front of small groups and have sales ability.

Comfortable asking probing questions to identify needs and expectations of people at the fair site.

Languages:

English ( Speak , Read , Write )

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.
