Job Description:
The Application and Database Services (ADS) product management analyst is responsible for supporting senior service and product managers to define, market, transform and deliver our client facing Database, Middleware, Messaging, and Identity Management services and products. The Application and Database Services (ADS) product management analyst will be responsible for support related activities required to market and transform our client facing services and adhere and deliver on our service and product roadmaps. The analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the entire ADS Product Management team to ensure all governance requirements are defined and met. The analyst will also be responsible for understanding and tracking the commercial agreements, license entitlements and financials for the ADS product portfolio. This role will be critical in ensuring service and product manager documentation is developed and maintained on customer related platforms like SharePoint and Wiki.Primary Day to Day Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain common ADS governance documentation across all services
- Maintain and track detailed ADS product schedule (contract renewals, services renewals, license true ups, co-terming licenses/subscriptions, hardware acquisitions, etc.)
- Manage processes and routines to ensure license compliance
- Maintain executive level ADS Deal report
- SharePoint and Wiki development and maintenance
- Worked in a technology field and/or having completed technology related degree program.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Extremely organized/excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities
- Ability to analyze and work large amounts of data either through spreadsheets or BI tools such as Tableau.
- Willingness to take action and build/maintain cross functional partnerships
- Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint
- Ability to think strategically and identify process opportunities
- Prior experience with product management, vendor contracts, licensing and procurement processes, finance, or business support
- Prior experience working with technology infrastructure
- Consistently thinks and acts horizontally, beyond their primary set of responsibilities; is a thought leader; is proactive and connects the dots

- Prior experience developing and supporting SharePoint and wiki sites
