This role requires expert-level experience and acts as a servant leader and coach across one, or more, Agile Release Trains. Technology solutions in scope may include Workday, Infor, ServiceNow, UKG Dimensions, and custom applications.Major Responsibilities

Facilitating ART events and processes.

Assisting teams in delivering value.

Identifying cross-team dependencies and making economic decisions by rolling up team estimation to the program level for visibility.

Fostering continuous improvements via Inspect and Adapt Workshops.

Regularly reviewing program boards, feature/story burndowns, and burn-ups to understand PI progress.

Communicating with stakeholders, escalating and removing impediments, managing risk, and driving relentless improvement.

Serving as the single point of contact for Product Owners and Project Managers and the point of escalation for Scrum Masters.

Establishing the annual calendars for Program Increments and sprints.

Facilitating release planning readiness, including support of backlog management, event coordination, and leadership.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

8+ years in Release Train Engineer roles

SAFe Release Train Engineer

Preferred: Qualifications

SAFe Scrum Master and Product Owner Product Manager

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math.

Developer nanodegree

This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. This position is only available in Plano, TX. Full-time remote work is not offered.Our Principal Release Train Engineer, earn between $158,200 - $237,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
