Grow. with us.Who we’re looking forToyota’s Talent Mobility Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Talent Mobility Analyst.The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate the movement of Toyota team members either domestically or internationally.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Mobility, the person in this role will support the department's objective to facilitate a more intentional assignment experience for relocating team members and to further Toyota’s business and talent priorities through collaboration and innovation.This position is based at our North American Headquarters in Plano, Texas, with a hybrid mix of some in-office time and some remote work. Speak with your Recruiter and the Hiring Manager to learn more about our hybrid work program. The person selected for the role will be expected to reside within commutable distance of Plano (relocation assistance is not available).What you’ll be doing

Provide direction and assistance to HR and business leaders to develop assignment packages that are based on, and in accordance with, Toyota assignment policies.

Initiate the assignment or relocation process.

Collaborate with third-party suppliers on the administration of team member assignments and relocations on a regular basis.

Establish strong relationships with third-party suppliers; provide direction and assistance to third-party suppliers as needed.

Troubleshoot and assist with the resolution of situations involving team members’ assignments or relocations.

Administers and interprets policies and regulations, working closely with team members and suppliers on questions and issues.

Assess and document unique and/or exceptional requests to policy; collaborate with Head of Talent Mobility with managing exception requests and inquiries.

Assess and document existing business procedures. Recommend, draft, and implement new or revised policies, procedures, or practices that support Talent Mobility operations and processes.

Provide mobility activity updates, both qualitative and quantitative.

Other projects as needed.

What you bring

Experience coordinating domestic and international relocation and assignment processes.

Understanding of the assignment lifecycle.

Working knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and processes for obtaining work permits and visas.

Working knowledge of taxes applicable to relocation, assignment, and immigration compensation.

Working knowledge of various HR programs, such as benefits and compensation.

Basic knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Strong problem-solving skills (identify, analyze, research, evaluate, resolve).

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines.

Ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members and help facilitate projects.

Global mindset and cross-cultural sensitivity.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience relevant to this position.

Added bonus if you have

Prior experience managing suppliers and outsourced functions/labor models.

Prior experience with mobility tracking technology.

GMS or GMS-T certification is strongly desired.
