Paper Machine Operator

Hiring: Machine Operator : $23-27/hr / 11pm-7am / MesquitePaper & packaging machine operator candidates are now required.Must have experience in changeovers , PM , trouble shooting, and experience working a paper / boxing machine.Description:High quality paper & packaging materials for a range of needs and applications. Sustainably sourced and carefully-selected by our team of experts. Company delivers commercial paper, packaging and converting services.Machine Operator will be responsible to set up, operator, and conduct PMs on paper converting machines. Machines manufacture paper bags for customers such as Talbots and Subway, among other customers. Operator is responsible to use hand tools to assist during changeovers and be able to use computer system software to submit and update orders as well as track numbers of product manufactured. MUST have experience from paper industry Operate complex bag machine, calibrate, adjust, and monitor for full 12 hour shift Adjust machine settings for production of various bag sizes and prints Perform quality checks Troubleshoot machine to clear jams and malfunctions before calling maintenance team Perform and log maintenance checks and record all findings MUST be able to read a tape measurer MUST be mechanically inclined MUST have team leader potential MUST have at least 2 years experience machine operating MUST be able to stand for 12 hours per day MUST be able to do simple math MUST know how to calibrate and set up machine MUST have experience from paper industry Candidates with different industry experience is a plus Having own tools is a plusExperience Level:Expert LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
