He/she is responsible for participating in and maintaining quality, achievingcost effectiveness, and ensuring positive guest relations. Requires basic critical patient care andassessment as well as the development of technical proficiency, which all RN's are expected toassume at the termination of their orientation period.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Education Level Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in NursingLicensure/Certification Texas Registered Nurse License BLS required upon hire ACLS required within 6 months of hireKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Displays good patient assessment skills and notifies physician aspatient condition warrants. Provides emotional support to patients.
