Qualifications:

Experienced in indoor and outdoor residential and commercial painting

Physically capable of standing sitting bending and lifting

Ability to paint while standing on scaffold or suspended

Efficient in removal of old paint or other markings

Capable of performing minor repair such a filling holes or replacing wood

Knowledge of different types & shades of paint to use for specific projects

Ability to work independently to achieve a completed job in a timely manner

Completely clean the worksite & store materials & supplies appropriately

Preferred Painter Skills:

Reliable transportation and clean appearances

Able to collaborate with other professional painters on the job site

Equipment Used:

Brush, putty, caulk, taping and masking equipment spray equipment, sand and water blaster, air compressor, dry wall tools; equipment hand tools, ladder, scaffolding.
