Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking 100 Call Center candidates - main hub is in Texas to start work on October 18th - we need to interview with you and get your information immediately. Work remote You will be responsible for helping customers who call in for assistance. Must have internet, be computer savvy and able to work 40 hours a week which could include weekends. Hours start at 8:00 am and end at 7:00 pm. Monday - Saturday - you will be assigned a set shift. Must have cabled internet, not dish. MUST be able to pass a background check!

Responsibilities:

· Handle customer inquiries

· Provide information

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns

· Document and update customer records

Qualifications:

· Experience in customer service

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Excellent verbal communication skills
