Looking for part time help

I need someone dependable to come take care of my property and a few other properties I have. Mowing, cleaning, flower beds, tree trimming, other odds and ends jobs. I have all the equipment. I just need someone dependable that will show up and wants the work. I will pay 15 an hour cash for someone dependable and experienced. This is part time that and I am flexible on hours.
