Mission:Helping People Hear Better!Hours:Monday thru Friday8:00A – 5:00PLocation: 5 minutes from the DFW Airport (Off of 360 and 183)Pay:$16.00-$18.00/hourWhat you will be doing:- Phone Screen 8-12 Candidates per day
- Cold Call 10-30 candidates per day
- Social Media out reach
- Submit candidates to hiring managers
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers
- Administrative work with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Team player with a "can-do" attitude
A hunter mentality to find top talent
Excellent follow-up skills
