We invite you to put your talents and career in motion at Flowserve.Role SummaryReporting to the IT Vice-President, this role will provide strategic, analytic, and IT support assistance to the Enterprise Support for Information Technologies Group. This role requires strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and collaboration skills.Responsibilities

Manage a team.

Manage projects and initiatives.

Analyze support data and create/provide Weekly Updates/monthly reports using ServiceNow data.

Handle business-critical IT tasks.

Excellent communications skills within IT, leadership, and with business leaders.

Issue resolution skills.

Requirements:

7+ years IT Experience and prior management experience.

Data Analysis skills.

Experience in SAP or Oracle ERP.

3+ years of issue resolution experience.

Demonstrated strong analytical thinking / problem-solving skills.

Proven Leadership.

Ability and willingness to travel as needed (less than 20%).
