Mobile Brake Technician Needed (Pads/Rotors/Calipers/Brake Flushes)

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Brake Technician who is not only skilled, but also clean-cut, friendly, and professional. This role is customer-facing — you’ll be at people’s homes and businesses — so attitude matters just as much as ability.

We want someone customers feel comfortable with: courteous, respectful, and able to build trust quickly. You should be able to explain what you’re doing in a simple way, answer questions politely, and make customers feel confident their vehicle is in good hands.

What you’ll be doing:

Brake pad replacement (front/rear)

Rotor replacement (front/rear)

Caliper replacement

Brake fluid flushes / bleed procedures (including newer vehicles)

Basic brake inspections + test drives when needed

Keeping tools/work area clean and jobs documented

Customer Service Expectations (Required):

Clean, neat appearance (presentable at all times)

Friendly, polite, and easy to talk to

Respectful of customer property and personal space

Clear communication and honest recommendations

Builds trust and confidence with every customer interaction

Requirements (Must Have):

Proven brake repair experience (pads/rotors/calipers)

Comfortable performing brake flushes and bleeding on newer vehicles

Your own tools (must be fully equipped and ready to work)

Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

Dependable and on time

Able to work independently and follow process

Vehicle / Training Setup (Important):

To start, you’ll ride in a company vehicle with a lead team member.

We’ll have someone go with you initially to verify workmanship and process.

Once trust is built and performance is consistent, you’ll be assigned a company vehicle for your routes/jobs.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience with European makes (BMW/Mercedes/Audi, etc.)

Ability to diagnose brake noise, vibration, soft pedal, ABS concerns (basic level)

Mobile mechanic experience

ASE certification (not required)

Pay & Growth:

Start at $18/hr
