COMMERCIAL PLUMBING SUPERINTENDENT

We are seeking a Plumbing Superintendent to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Oversee Installations of Plumbing Systems

Call and Call off rental equipment as needed

Paint Saw-cut Layouts for Underground Plumbing

Make material list for Ground, Overhead and top out Systems

Dispatch Materials from Suppliers to Job Sites

Problem Solving

Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in plumbing, or Commercial Construction Management

Computer Friendly

Know how to operate Email, Xcel, Word, Navigate Through Folders

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly Organized

Multi-tasking
