3G & 4G Welders – Structural Steel (Shop & Field) | Spring, TX

We’re hiring 3G & 4G welders for structural steel work in shop and field.

If you can pass a weld test and want steady full-time work, join our crew!

Work Includes:

Welding columns, beams, embeds, wall panels, and plates

Flux-core in shop / Stick welding on site

Fabrication and installation support

Pay & Schedule:

$16–$22/hr (based on experience)

Weekly direct deposit + overtime available

Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (occasional late days or Saturdays)

Requirements:

Pass 3G/4G weld test (Flux Core & Stick)

Experience preferred but not required

Bilingual welcome
