JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Signage Painter to apply high-quality finishes to signage products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in spray painting, specifically using acrylic polyurethane and clear coats on finished metal surfaces. The successful applicant will ensure that all signage meets our rigorous quality standards and enhances the overall aesthetic appeal.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring they are clean, smooth, and properly primed.

Apply acrylic polyurethane and other specified coatings using spray painting

techniques.

Apply clear coats to finished metal surfaces to achieve a durable and high-gloss

finish.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Utilize Sherwin Williams products and adhere to their recommended practices and

snippets.

Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring there are no defects, and make

necessary touch-ups or corrections.

Maintain painting equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and client

specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Signage Painter or in a similar role.

Proficiency in spray painting techniques, specifically with acrylic polyurethane.

Experience with clear coating finished metal surfaces.

Familiarity with Sherwin Williams products and application methods.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a

team.

Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual tasks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in the signage industry.

Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices.
