Construction House Lead

· Construction Responsibilities

o Frame and general carpentry work on single family homes from start up to dry in stage.

o Two to four years of strong construction finishing skills, including framing, trim work, roof trusses, finish carpentry, drywall, paint, light, plumbing and electrical.

o Construction of new and renovated homes

o Lead, train and oversee crews of volunteers and partners in building homes.

o Provide safety and construction training to volunteer crews.

o Prepare the construction site for the day by making sure supplies and tools are loaded, delivered, unloaded and ready.

o Understands the use of construction related material & tools incl. power tools.

o Follows safety standards and ensures that all safety standards are followed by volunteers.

o Assists with maintaining

Also, looking for a warehouse assistant for the same company. Construction environment. Must have a valid D.L. Pay is $16.00 per- hour.
