Roof and or Solar team leader

Duties:

- Help and develop co-workers under you to produce sales

- Train team in sales and door knocking

- Train team in roof inspections mainly looking for hail and wind damage

- Sell roofs and or solar to clients

- Produce sales for yourself while helping your team to produce

Skills:

- Climbing onto roofs

- Strong leadership skills

- Friendly and welcoming to other co-workers and clients

- Honesty and integrity

- Be able to handle many tasks at the same time

- Be competitive in a friendly way

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Roofing or Solar and possess excellent leadership skills. As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of those under your leadership, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a safe working environment, while hitting goals and producing sales for yourself and your team.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of roofing, insurance, management, and safety protocols. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with other departments.
