Door-to-Door Sales Reps – $375–$675 NET Per Sale (Houston)

Citadel Security Forces is hiring commission-only door-to-door sales reps for residential home security.

If you’re comfortable knocking doors, talking to homeowners, and closing deals, this is a straightforward way to make strong money without caps — and an opportunity to grow with a company that’s scaling.

What You Earn (NET):

$375–$675 per completed install

Paid per sale

No commission caps

Fast installs are available in most cases

What You’ll Be Doing:

Door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods

Talking with homeowners about security and safety

Closing deals or setting installs on the spot

Representing a professional local brand

Growth Opportunity:

This role is ideal for someone who wants more than short-term commissions. Strong performers will have the opportunity to grow into higher-responsibility roles, including salaried B2B or commercial sales positions as Citadel expands.

What We’re Looking For:

D2D or commission sales experience preferred

Comfortable speaking with strangers

Reliable transportation

Self-motivated — no micromanaging
