As we expand, we seek a seasoned full-time Sales Representative to lead our sales initiatives and oversee daily operations.
Position Overview: The Sales Representative – Sales and Operations will be responsible for executing established sales strategies, managing company operations, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives – Establishing our PVC and aluminum windows and doors in the local market and driving sales growth. This role calls for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales and operational management, as well as the ability to independently structure and manage their workload effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, develop, and maintain a robust network of sales agents to drive market penetration and business growth.
Engage directly in sales to boost revenue and expand the market presence of company products.
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal performance.
Sales Execution:
Implement strategic sales plans to achieve established sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales agents to enhance performance and meet objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for feedback and customer satisfaction.
Operational Management:
Agent recruitment through product presentations.
Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with sales agents to align operations with the company's strategic objectives.
Sales management- working with clients in order to finalize sales.
Direct pitches and sales to clients
Managing warehouse and showroom – Reception of shipments in warehouse.
Optimize daily sales activities for maximum efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with sales agents to support strategic objectives and ensure cohesive operations.
Conduct direct client interactions to finalize sales.
Manage warehouse and showroom operations, including receiving and organizing shipments.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and execute work programs independently without supervision.
