Property Manager – Memorial Towers (Houston, TX)

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and resident-focused Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Memorial Towers, a mid-rise community near Memorial Park.

Responsibilities include:

Managing leasing, renewals, and resident relations

Coordinating maintenance requests and vendor scheduling

Ensuring units are marketed, updated, and turned correctly

Handling rent collection, notices, and ledger management

Communicating effectively with ownership and the leasing team

Ideal Candidate:

Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills

Spanish-speaking preferred

Very proficient with basic computer skills — navigating software, email, spreadsheets, and online platforms should come naturally

Highly organized with good follow-through

Property management or leasing experience is a must
