RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong customer service skills

On-call: respond to after-hour emergency calls

Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical and HVAC

Positive attitude

Strong multitasking skills.

Assists in all types of maintenance, when necessary and as requested

Must have reliable transportation

REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of maintenance experience with a multi-family/residential property

HVAC Certified (Requirement)
