We are committed to streamlining our operations and enhancing efficiency, and we’re looking for a highly skilled Inventory Manager to help us manage our stock and ensure smooth operations using the CIN7 inventory system.

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory processes using the CIN7 inventory system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with hands-on experience using CIN7 to track, control, and report on stock levels across multiple channels. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory operations and will work closely with various teams to support growth and operational excellenc

Manage all aspects of inventory, including tracking, ordering, receiving, and stock control, using the CIN7 software system.

Develop and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity across all systems.

Coordinate stock levels and movements across multiple warehouses and sales channels.

Optimize inventory processes and workflows to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Work with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Analyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Assist with regular stock audits and cycle counts, ensuring discrepancies are resolved.

Provide training and support for other team members in using CIN7 and best practices in inventory management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in eCommerce, retail, or wholesale industries is a plus.

Experience with integration of CIN7 with other systems (e.g., accounting, sales platforms) is a bonus.
