Concrete Construction company in far SW Houston (Richmond) seeking a fulltime Receptionist/Office Assistant. As a Receptionist/Office Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate supporting documentation for accounting. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering the telephone with proper etiquette and directing the call to the correct department / person.

Scheduling freight to be picked up and delivered.

Track forming inventory.

Work with property managers on apartment leases.

Enter truck log data into Excel spreadsheets

Ordering company supplies.

Filing

Coordinate the mail and Fedex.

Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Receptionist or Office Assistant

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
