Front Desk Wellness Coordinator

Calling all customer service superstars! We're hiring a part time Front Desk Wellness Coordinator who enjoys providing outgoing customer service and has excellent communication skills at our busy chiropractic clinic in the Pasadena area. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with a passion for health and wellness and a love for helping people. We strive to make every guest feel welcomed and valued. Looking for someone who helps our members to obtain a less stressful and more comfortable healthy lifestyle. A great wellness coordinator is a person who loves to learn, believes in teamwork, can multitask, loves a fast paced environment and can meet goals. If this sounds like you, we want to meet you! Skills & Requirements

- Great customer service

- Positive, energetic outgoing attitude

- Basic understanding of computer software

- Strong phone and communication skills (Answer phone calls, set appointments, and greet guests with a smile)

- Highly motivated team-player

- Bilingual a plus, but not required

Must have reliable transportation and be able to work regular weekends and some weekdays
