The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, with experience in managing calls, paperwork, payroll, and booking systems. Additionally, the Salon Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating our team of talented stylists and ensuring the smooth functioning of the business.

Responsibilities:

Manage salon operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling paperwork efficiently.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.

Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for financial management and reporting.

Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Train and supervise salon staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the salon remains competitive.

Requirements:

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and salon management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with payroll processing.

Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
