Advertising/Marketing Rep for Buy Here Pay Here Dealership

We are seeking an advertising/marketing rep to handle all social media and online presence for the dealership. Candidate MUST be bilingual (Spanish), must be responsible and self-motivated. Looking for a reliable individual who is organized and detail oriented. Must have extensive social media knowledge (all platforms) in posting ads, creating content, and scheduling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

-generate sales appointments with customers thru constant inbound and outbound contact via phone/text messages/CRM

-responsible for responding to customer inquiries

-confirm customer information to create leads

-understand customer needs to draw them into the store

-check system constantly and respond to inquiries immediately

-ensure inventory pictures and statuses are updated daily

-meeting company goals in setting daily appointments

-Respond to customer inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism
