Experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors Needed

Kindly Kept Cleaning is growing quickly and we are hiring experienced, reliable independent cleaning contractors to join our team.

You have at least 1 full year of experience working for a residential cleaning company

You currently live in or very near one of our service areas (Katy, Richmond, Fulshear, Sugar Land, Cypress, Memorial City)

This is not a beginner position. We only work with professionals who already understand residential cleaning standards and client expectations.

Pay: $20–$35/hour + tips

Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Hours: Flexible, 20–40 hours per week

Schedule: You choose your availability

Job Responsibilities

Standard and deep residential cleaning

Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

Floors, mirrors, windows, and high-touch surfaces

Following all safety and quality standards

Professional communication and punctuality

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience with a residential cleaning company (required)

Must live in one of our service areas

Ability to work independently

Strong attention to detail

Reliable transportation

Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
