Facility Maintenance Technician

BUILDING MAINTENANCE

IICORP, a Franchisee of approximately 70 restaurants, is searching for reliable and motivated individual with a history of performing general maintenance and interested in becoming a building maintenance technician for the IICORP Houston team. Applicants should possess a strong knowledge of plumbing repairs; all other building trades (tile, sheetrock, lighting, painting and etc.) a plus. The position responsibilities will be performing building repairs to company owned restaurants throughout the Houston and surrounding area. We offer a steady position that is not seasonal, competitive pay, good benefits and a great work environment.

Position Requirements

- Plumbing experience, as well as various types of building repairs/maintenance

- Respond to emergencies during and after normal work hours

- Able to perform On-Call rotation

- Have history of excellent customer service

- Have history of working unsupervised and remaining motivated

- Have history of following company procedures

- Able to maintain company vehicle and its inventory

- Texas driver's license
