Porter/Make Ready

We are seeking a Porter and Make Ready Technician to join our team

Job Requirements:

Maintain cleanliness of the property

Trash pick up

Make Ready units-preparation

Strong multitasking skills.

Assists in all types of maintenance, when necessary and as requested

Must have reliable transportation

Apartment experience is a plus
