Installs and tests Loading Arm systems to make sure they work correctly.

Follows installation and operation manuals.

Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.

Escalates issues to managers promptly.

Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipment.

Writes service reports after every appointment.

Collaborates with managers and other service technicians.

Follows all company policies and procedures.

Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.

COMPUTER LITERATE

Hydraulics and electrical machinery knowledge and experience.

Continued job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, industry safety

requirements and training.

Mechanically Inclined

Performs equipment Planned Maintenance and day to day general maintenance items.

Diagnose problems, prepare tools needed for repairs.

Repair and install new systems in the field.

Keep work area/truck clean and organized.

Maintain proper inventory on service vehicle.

Maintain a professional image and relationship with customers.

Identify new business opportunities while on customer premises

Cleaning, assembling, and testing of various hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves

Assist to locate and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic machine

Knowledge of Hydraulics
