Porter/ Ground Keeper positions

Our Condominium community has an opening for full time Porter/Ground Keeper positions. We are looking for long-term employees who pay attention to details and have proactive attitudes towards getting things done.

Grounds Keeper:

Responsible for helping to maintain the property in an attractive and appealing condition. Daily trash pickup in the common areas and blowing and bagging leaves from flat roofs . Entryway cleaning, repainting parking numbers, helping maintenance when requestd. Completing the daily tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Background check as well as drug test will be performed.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a role with similar responsibilities.

Reliable transportation.

Strong attention to details will ensure success.

Strong verbal communication skills.
