Janitorial - Commercial Office Building - Part Time

This is a part time contract janitorial position cleaning a commercial office building located in Alvin, Texas.

The pay is $1500.00 per month, paid on the 15th and 30th of every month. (This is approximately $25 per hour.)

The job is Monday – Thursday in the evening after 5 P.M., and on Sunday the hours are flexible (8am-10pm what fits your schedule for any 3 hours during that time frame). The position REQUIRES approximately 3-3.5 hours per evening/day to fulfill the cleaning schedule.

This is general cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, conference rooms, offices, and operations control room.

You must be able to read, write, and speak English. All contractors are required to pass a background check to be able to enter a secure perimeter of the building.
