Medical Asisstant- FMG or IMG welcome to apply

Seeking a dynamic a medical student or experienced medical assistant willing to travel within the Houston area. Mileage reimbursement provided.

This position will require routine travel between the home office in the Medical Center (near the VA Hospital), East Houston, Pearland and Memorial Southeast campus. Occasional travel to other sites may be required as needed.

Other responsibilities include reviewing ultrasound, cat scans and MRIs for critical reports; monitoring lab values for patients on specialty medications and coordinating labs and imaging for kidney transplant patients.

Ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and will have experience in both front and back office tasks. Position will be supported by a team, with each team member having responsibility for an assigned clinics.

MINIMUM TWO YEARS prior experience required, internal medicine or an internal medicine specialty strongly preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
