Need Home Health RN Willing to Do Extra

My primary caregiver had a stroke and my elderly grandparents are taking care of me at the moment, but we're looking for an RN for Monday-Friday day shift 7-7. We are looking for a permanent position because it is greatly needed.

I'm 28 years old and have Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Type I. I'm ambulatory and ventilator dependent, but I'm neuro-typical and very aware of my care. I also love to talk, so I need someone who's a good conversationalist. I am a published author and graduated with honors, obtaining a BA in English Literature. Someone around my age that I could relate to would be the best Preferably somebody that's willing to learn and not going to be afraid of the ventilator. Must know how to use the LTV ventilator specifically, along with the IPV machine and cough assist.

(Extra but not a requirement obviously): I don't get out of the house much because of my disability. Being that the situation is such, I'm unable to experience a lot of the joys of life, including physical intimacy. It's a lot to ask, but I would appreciate someone who wouldn't mind taking care of my sexual needs, as well as my health needs. Again, this isn't a requirement, just thought I would ask.
