Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities. Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met. Remind clients to take daily medications as prescribed. Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying up, and meal preparation. Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor. Requirements: Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
