Service Porter - Jaguar Land Rover Southwest Houston

The Service Porter will be responsible in maintaining the dealership’s appearance, assisting with vehicle movement, and delivering exceptional customer service.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMove, stage, and park vehicles on the dealership lot to ensure an organized, customer-ready inventory display.Assist with vehicle deliveries to customers, including final preparation and staging for presentation.Transport vehicles between dealership locations or to offsite storage as needed.Keep the lot and display areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with customers on the lot, directing them to sales staff as needed.Support the service department with various tasks (e.g., installing dealer tags, checking fuel levels, light detailing touch-ups).Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any incidents to a manager or supervisor.
