Summary:We’re seeking a highly experienced Title Clerk with automotive dealership titling experience. This role is responsible for accurately processing vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring full compliance with state regulations, and providing dependable support to our sales and accounting teams.Duties and Responsibilities:Process vehicle title and registration paperwork with accuracy and attention to detailConfirm title documentation is complete and compliant with all DMV/state regulationsCommunicate directly with banks, DMV agencies, and internal departments to resolve title discrepanciesMaintain organized and up-to-date records of all title transactionsSubmit title paperwork to state and local agencies in a timely mannerSupport internal teams with title-related questions and document requestsEnsure title turnaround times meet dealership delivery standardsHandle title corrections, duplicate requests, and lien releases as neededPrepare title packets for wholesale, lease returns, and out-of-state dealsAssist with audits, reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned
