Description Our client is looking to add a Sr. FP& A Analyst to their team! This is a great company with phenomenal benefits They are looking for someone out of manufacturing or chemical manufacturing that has proven experience putting together models around various KPIs and bring value to the operations teams. They are open to someone who doesn't live in Houston or within a commutable distance that wants to be 100% remote and travel to Houston for a few days a month! Very flexible schedule!Sr. FP& A Analyst Responsibilities: Create detailed reports for plant managers to analyze spend, variances, and efficiencies. Financial planning process - including budgets, re-forecasts, capital planning, and long-term plans. Conduct detailed analysis of business units, portfolio segments, geographic territories, business lines, and acquisitions. Track and review performance of strategic initiatives and provide insightful data. Develop, prepare, and maintain financial models and tools, enhancing as necessary. Develop relevant reporting including data preparation, report creation, and quality control. Monitor trends and stats real time Provide data and analyses to support periodic financial and operational performance reviews with the business and finance teams. Build databases and prepare reports for senior management. Assist in building business cases and perform due diligence on potential opportunities, deals, partnerships, etc. Apply financial and economic concepts including financial modeling, economic analysis, cash flow, profitability, earnings, balance sheet, taxes, financial ratios, alignment to KPIs, customer lifetime value, churn rate, cost of capital benchmarks, market analysis, and strategic analysis.If you are interested in this opportunity - apply today or connect with Casey Engeling directly on LinkedIn!
