TDuties:
Is the back up and will assist the receptionist in assuring a smooth process during visitation.
Assist in checking in visitors, directs traffic, wands visitors, helps with property check in and contraband, will help educate visitors with the visitation process.
PBX receptionist will work closely with Nurses, Mental Health Technician, and visitors in regarding visitation.
Walk visitors to the cafeteria or gym during visitation.
Resolve issues at front desk and notify the correct person
Page codes over the intercom
Help keep lobby clean
Helps answer phone calls and deliver property to the units as needed.
Provide the best customer service to all visitors, vendors, medical staff and employees.
RequirementsEducation: HS Diploma or equivalent1 year experience in a behavioral healthcare/ or customer service. Communication skills. FlexibleBilingual preferred Team Player Benefits401-K Medical, vision and Dental STD/LTD PTO Cash out
