Come for the job, thrive in your career, and enjoy the journey of Making the Stay.The Hilton America’s Houston and Hilton Austin Cluster is looking for a Cluster Marketing Manager to join their amazing team!The Cluster Marketing Manager is responsible for executing all marketing strategies for the Houston and Austin hotel cluster.This Marketing Manager position reports into the hotel’s Cluster Director of MarketingKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Key responsibilities include championing the brand positioning, managing the social media strategy, partnership execution and content development. Success measures include increasing topline revenue and achieving channel/market share objectivesBranding & Positioning:Supports in the development and execution of the hotel positioning and content / messaging strategy based on the hotels' business and customer mix as well as brand pillars. · On-Property Experiences: Works alongside operations to ideate and market curated on-property experiences and activations. · B2B Sales & Catering Marketing Support: Collaborates with sales leaders to provide marketing support to all sales-impacted market segments. · Market Research: Conducts market-level research, such as SWOT analysis, competitive set studies, and paid marketing surveys to test current and/or new service levels and marketing concepts. · Content / AssetDevelopment & Strategy:Manages the direction, execution and regular audits of marketing-specific assets, collateral, website, 3rd party sites, social media, digital & traditional advertising, photo / video shoots. · Digital Marketing & Media: Support the creation and execution of email campaigns and digital media in alignment with marketing calendar planning.Public Relations and Social Media Management:Supports the development and execution of PR & Social Media strategies including influencer and media relations.Campaign Management & Execution:Works with Revenue Management to utilize reporting and data when making strategic decisions focused on optimizing performance. · Partnership Execution & Management: Executes and maintains local partnerships for activation/ sponsorship opportunities that align with the hotel's positioning.SUPPORTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparation for strategic hotel commercial meetings, ownership reviews (as needed) and corporate hotel reviews. At times, this role may be required to present marketing performance in these meetings. · Performs special projects and other responsibilities as assigned and participates in task forces, committees and cluster groups as requested. · Participates where appropriate in related trade/business related functions, events, conferences and workshops. · Maintains close alignment with internal corporate teams including Regional Leaders, Hotel Level Marketing (Managed Team) and Marketing and eCommerce Team (MEC).
