The Commercial Program Trainee participates in a 2-year rotational program. The Trainee receives the foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource at Citi.Responsibilities:
Works on strategic projects with senior leadership
Builds critical relationships with Citi’s regulatory agencies and partners
Gains knowledge of different markets, products, strategies and associated issues/risks
Maintains independence with effective collaboration
Develops a deeper understanding of Citi, Compliance, various products and strategies and industry regulations
Builds strong partnerships across Global Compliance and with the business
Generates ways to manage compliance more effectively and efficiently
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Education:
High school diploma or Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
