Schedule: Full Time; Monday- Friday, 7am- 4pm.

Requirement: Customer service experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review, assign and dispatch all reactive and PPM work orders

Communicate with sub vendors, technicians, and managers to ensure work orders are being processed within the given SLA

Review scope and frequency of assignments with supervisor and make changes when required

Generate and send out daily work order report(s) and process any needed status changes

Track duplicate work orders and communicate with stake holders and/or landlord regarding completion

Generate monthly and quarterly KPI reports

Generate monthly and quarterly RM/PPM late work order reports

Generate monthly and quarterly RM/PPM deferral work order reports

Support efforts related to site asset integrity, while ensuring new/change/deleted assets are being processed accordingly

Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures

Complies with all company policies/procedures and adhere to company standards

Provide timely responses, follow up with customers/technicians, document and communicate with team and support all lot A sites as needed

Send out monthly audit reports

Receive and dispatch calls received through the Shell Real Estate Call Center

Performs other duties as assigned.
